At The Inspired Collective, we may sell or supply products as part of our services and offerings. We aim to provide quality products from reputable suppliers and manufacturers. By purchasing or receiving a product from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and information provided are accurate. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the product supplied.
Where a product is supplied by a third-party manufacturer or supplier, the product remains subject to the manufacturer's specifications, instructions and applicable warranty terms.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective or significantly different from its description, please contact The Inspired Collective as soon as reasonably practicable.
We may require photographs, product details or other information to assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Where applicable, we will work with the manufacturer or supplier to facilitate a repair, replacement, refund or other appropriate remedy.
Nothing in this policy limits, excludes or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
Change-of-mind returns are not automatically accepted unless otherwise stated for the particular product.
Where we offer a change-of-mind return, the product may need to be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and returned within the timeframe specified by us.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, defective or otherwise covered by the Australian Consumer Law.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a manufacturer's warranty applies, we may direct you to the manufacturer or authorised warranty provider for assistance. This does not affect any rights or remedies you may have directly against The Inspired Collective under Australian Consumer Law.
Product Use and Safety
Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, warnings and intended purpose.
The Inspired Collective is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from a product being used contrary to the manufacturer's instructions, warnings or intended purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, The Inspired Collective is not liable for loss or damage arising from the misuse, incorrect installation, modification or use of a product contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
