Booking & Cancellation Policy

At The Inspired Collective, we value your time and ours. By booking a service, course, or session with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling (24 Hours Notice Required)

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of bookings.

  • Cancellations or changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for a reschedule or refund at our discretion.

  • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

No Shows

If you fail to attend your scheduled booking (a “no-show”):

  • You will not be eligible for a refund

  • You may be offered the opportunity to reschedule, subject to availability and at our discretion

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must still comply with the 24-hour notice requirement where possible.

Cancellations by The Inspired Collective

We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or postpone any booking, course, or session at any time.

In the event that we cancel:

  • You will be offered a full refund, or

  • An opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in accordance with this policy or where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Agreement

By booking with The Inspired Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
