Sophie is usually the first point of contact and the person behind our training and employment services. As a business owner and Mum of two, she brings a practical, no-fuss approach and understands the realities people are navigating day to day.

She’s worked across employment services, disability support, some time as a sports medic and more recently training services, so she gets what it actually takes for people to move forward, whether that’s finding work, building confidence, or gaining the right skills and remaining compliant.

Sophie delivers First Aid, CPR, and Childcare First Aid training with a strong focus on keeping things real, hands-on, and easy to understand. Her goal is simple: make sure people walk away feeling confident in what they’ve learned and able to use it when it matters.

She also leads our Employment programs, focused on creating opportunities that are accessible and genuinely useful, not just ticking boxes. She’s big on meeting people where they’re at and helping them take the next step, whatever that looks like. Sophie keeps up to date with industry standards, but more importantly, she brings real-world experience into everything she does. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and focused on giving people skills they can actually use.
